Rob Hinderstein was responsible for the dental designs and zombie teeth. Custom teeth were created for all of the hero players, while generic dentures were manufactured in small, medium, and large sizes for the background zombies. The Alphas' teeth were designed to be serrated in appearance while the Shamblers were created as more rotten-looking, as if they were ready to fall out.
