Lew Vogel complains of a very painful kidney stone, that he has not been able to pass. In the movie Matrimonio impossibile (2003), David Suchet plays a character named Thibodoux, a man with another painful medical condition, plantar fascitis, that requires the assistance of Albert Brooks, playing a podiatrist.
