During the course of the movie, watch the LED signal strength indicator lights on the brothers' CB radio. The first four indicator lights change colors in nearly every scene, including bright green, dark green, yellow, red, and crimson. This is obviously intentional and not a series of continuity errors. In fact, it's an accurate portrayal. CB's with an LED signal meter do in fact go from amber to green to red, with weakest signals being amber and, and medium strength being green, and red for VERY close signals. However, on AM they do not bounce while the signal is being received, this is only happens on side-band (USB or LSB).
