The Bloodsport who appears in this film is Alexander Trent, the second Bloodsport. This version is a deranged conspiracy theorist who is convinced that President Kennedy's assassination was a hoax. This is different than the comic book version who was a white supremacist. While Bloodsport is being taken to his cell in Arkham, he shouts, "I WILL FIND HIM" which is a nod to an infamously panned line from General Zod in L'uomo d'acciaio (2013). The original Bloodsport was a black man named Robert Dubois who appeared in a few episodes of Justice League Unlimited (2004), but was one of the several villains killed by Killer Frost in a mutiny.
