in the film, when Tris is jumped by three hooded figures (who then try to throw her into the chasm), she only pulls the hood off one, revealing that it is Al. In the book, she also discovers that the others are Peter and another initiate named Drew. But if you watch the fight scene closely, you can actually see that Miles Teller (Peter) is one of the other two.
