Robin Tunney said everyone in the cast except Angela Basset agreed to strip totally nude for the scene where they prepare to enter the DSU tubes before entering hyperspace. She said it was really awkward, because she'd look around and everyone was buck naked. No one had the luxury of being modest that day. With the actors and the film crew, she said it was the most people she had ever been naked in front of, not counting the millions of people who ended up seeing the movie.
