Co-starring in this sequel is Lorraine Gary, reprising her role as Ellen Brody. Gary is one of only two actors (the other being Fritzi Jane Courtney, who plays Mrs.Taft) to appear in three of the four films in the "Jaws" series, the others being the original Lo squalo (1975) and the final film, Lo squalo 4 - La vendetta (1987). Neither Gary nor Courtney appear in Lo squalo 3 (1983).
