The "nudie" film that Sid and Bernie take Joan and Anthea to see is Nudist Paradise (1959). The film includes contemporary inserts of a topless Gilly Grant. This scene was the first instance of full topless female nudity in the Carry On series. This was followed later on in the film by the more famous scene in which Barbara Windsor accidentally "flings" off her bikini top and exposes herself.
