Shah Rukh Khan has long expressed his desire to experiment with VFX in films and has starred in two films that were heavy on visual effects. However, the two films, "Ra.One" (2011) and "Fan" (2016) did not fare too well at the box-office. With him playing a dwarf in 'Zero', VFX was again at the centre of affairs.
