Horror film director Eli Roth wrote and directed Knock Knock (2015), the official remake of this film, starring Keanu Reeves, Roth's wife Lorenza Izzo and Ana de Armas. The remake was co-produced by the film's female stars, Colleen Camp and Sondra Locke. However, there is also a much earlier unofficial remake of the film - the Spanish erotic thriller Viciosas al desnudo (1980), with Jack Taylor, Eva Lyberten and Adriana Vega.
