In 2021, the UK's BBC Two showed one of the later restored versions of the film. It wasn't stated which version it was, either the 25th anniversary, or "The version you've never seen" but it did include the subtle cgi transition of the Priest in the end sequence. Additionally, it did however have a retro-fitted new 2000s version of the "Warner Bros. A TimeWarner Company" shield, stylised as a dark and moody blue on a black background - similar to what may precede the Harry Potter films.
