1950's sex symbol and cult actress Virginia Leigh (The Brain That Wouldn't Die, Stanley Kubrick's Fear & Desire) plays a teacher in one episode of season one, and on the opening credits of season two she's shown to the right of Joan Pringle during Joan's credit sequence.
