After Amore e guerra (1975), Woody Allen would again utilize the three word title with an "and" middle word on several more occasions. These would be for Mariti e mogli (1992), Ombre e nebbia (1991), Accordi & disaccordi (1999), Melinda e Melinda (2004) and Crimini e misfatti (1989). Amore e guerra (1975) was Allen's first film in which he used this type of three word title. Similar also was Allen's title for Hannah e le sue sorelle (1986).
