Arizona Junior
The main character H.I. sports the look given to Dustin Hoffman's character Max in 'Straight Time,' a mustache and fondness for tacky-unbuttoned shirts. 'Raising Arizona' also was loosely inspired by Straight Time's plot which focused on an ex-con falling in and out of recidivism. Also, many chase scenes were inspired by the Ulu Grosbard film.
