Grimm: One Night Stand
The episode's last line, "Nobody is [normal], Jake, it's Portland" is a sly paraphrase of Chinatown's famous last line from Walsh to Gittes: "Forget it, Jake, it's Chinatown;" the bonus in-joke is that Chinatown's mystery revolves around water rights.
