Bastardi senza gloria
During the movie about Fredrick Zoller at the end of the film, a quick shot shows a soldier being shot in the eye and screaming, referencing the old woman also shot in the eye during the famous montage massacre in Sergei Eisenstein's Battleship Potemkin (Bronenosets Potyomkin).
