Half-Life 2
There is a part in Half-Life 2 where the main character, Gordon Freeman, is running in the first chapter away from Combine units in appartments. This part was taken from Matrix when Neo is running away from the agents in the last scenes before he "stops the bullets in mid-air" in the appartments.
