Frankenstein Junior
When Michael is the hospital room to take the testicle of his friend after surgery he looks at eyes in the bottles and the bottle he takes in the hand falls on the floor. Similarly, when Igor is in the mortuary to take the brain he is scared by his face reflected in the mirror and the bottle with the brain falls on the floor.
