Doctor Who: The Curse of Fenric: Part Three
This serial shows influence throughout (in the themes of an impending man-made apocalypse, and of characters coming back in time and paradoxically creating the circumstances of their future lives), and makes this "official" in episode three by twice referencing the penultimate line of "The Terminator" ("There's a storm coming").
