The term "Anti-Deadites", referring to those who are opposed to Dale's "lifestyle", comes from a combination of the terms "anti-Semite" and "Deadite", "Deadites" being those who are possessed by evil spirits and transformed into bloodthirsty monsters in Sam Raimi's "Evil Dead" series.
