When they're hunting down a fugitive DiNozzo uses the word fugitive and is reminded of the movie. He then talks about how Gibbs clearly is Tommy Lee Jones and himself must be Joe Pantoliano. Ziva then askes McGee "What happened? We've been avoiding using the word "fugitive" for the last two days..." Obviously she and McGee hoped Tony wouldn't reference the movie.
