When Fury tosses Colson's trading cards on the table, Rogers picks up the bloody one that shows him from his WWII days - the old-style shield is in his right hand, and he's saluting with his left, the opposite of how it should have been. If it had been an actual photo, Cap would have had the shield in his left hand and saluting with his right as he faced the camera.
