When the 18-wheeler locks up its brakes and begins sliding, it must necessarily be slowing down. It could not have been going so fast to begin with that, after sliding on its locked brakes for a second or 3, its trailer could not only whack a full-size SUV hard enough to flip it forward; but then also break all the transport locks and throw its container airborne 100 feet before smashing onto a car.
