In the Mansion the Romanovs are housed and later murdered, several radiators are visible, surely in Jekaterinburg in 1918 they wouldn't possessed such an advanced central heating system. Of course the movie was shot in Spain in the early 70's and the heaters should have therefore been properly concealed which they weren't.
