The security chain on Lucy's apartment door is too long and installed backwards. It makes it convenient for the actress to open the door in a scene, and it allows for a wide camera shot through the open door. But, with an extra long chain, and the latch mounted on the door frame instead of the back of the door, it's ridiculously easy for an intruder to unlock it from the hallway.
