When the sniper shoots the skater, blood spatter is seen only on her front. The kind of round the sniper uses in the Bushmaster XM-15 "V-Match" is a .223 caliber Remington cartridge which has range of three miles or more. The bullet would have gone right through her with a massive exit wound, but there is none.
