It is established through log entries that the film takes place between S5E23 and S5E24 of DS9. As such word is wearing the wrong house insignia on his sash. At the end of DS9 S5E21 General Martok invites Worf to join the House of Martok and at that time he replaces the House of Mogh insignia with the insignia for Martok's house. However when Worf first walks onto the Enterprise bridge in First Contact you can clearly see the House of Mogh insignia on his Sash.
