Lynn kills Chow with cyanide gas and, as he dies, huge yellow boils form on his skin. However, cyanide kills by preventing cells from producing the energy that they need, not by burning as the scene suggests. The skin of victims may develop pink or green discoloration, but these appear as spots not yellow boils.
