At the refinery fire, Clark Kent changes into Superman by entering the back set of a patrol car, and exiting following the change, all while being unnoticed by the officer in the front seat. In reality, the back seats of patrol cars can't be opened from the inside because this would allow a prisoner to escape. Because of this, Superman would have been unable to use stealth and speed to open the door, and his Kryptonian strength would have damaged it in the process.
