About 46m in, when Jen is knifing the eyes of Dimitri, we are seeing Jen on the right (Dimitri on the left) and using her right hand to make a first stab into the right eye of Dimitri. She then pulls the knife out and makes a second stab, but this time into the LEFT EYE of Dimitri. Then Dimitri immediately falls backward into the water. But as he falls, the knife is now sticking out from his RIGHT EYE.
