When Bill cuts off Craig's head with the blowtorch, Craig's eyes close. When the head is fully severed and Bill lifts it up, the eyes are still closed. Then he drops it on the floor and Craig's eyes are wide open. Clearly done for dramatic effect, but I don't think the eyes would pop wide-open like that simply by being dropped on a concrete floor.
