(at around 2 mins) In the freeze frame scene at the beginning of the film, the drawing is of Deadpool cutting off Francis' head with a speech balloon saying "Hi I'm Deadpool". In the actual drawing Deadpool is making before jumping onto the SUV's, he is drawing Francis speaking, and not himself.
