If it were even possible for earth's magnetic north and south poles to move to middle latitudes, it would not flip the earth's climate zones, as climate is governed by altitude and proximity to the poles via the tilt of the earth's axis which affords lower latitudes more direct sun rays. The arbitrary position of the magnetic north and south poles shifting to equatorial latitudes would have a dramatic effect on weather patterns, but would not cause polar regions to become tropical and equatorial regions to become frozen.
