Captain Peyton has an enlisted Fleet Marine Force badge on his uniform, when he should have the gold-colored officer version. While officers can wear enlisted badges if they are prior service, the FMF badge was only created in the early 2000s and thus it is highly unlikely that a navy captain circa the mid-2010s would have it.
