When Diana dies, the paramedics make two attempts to resuscitate her using the defibrillator, then call it. The defibrillator screen shows there were only two shock attempts. No paramedic would give up after only two attempts to resuscitate a patient and just walk away. In reality they would keep trying all the way back to the hospital, where she would be declared dead on arrival only after the doctors fail to resuscitate her.
