Outside the gas station when Marty attempts to build George's
courage, they purchase a soda from the Pepsi machine. After Marty's futile attempts to twist off the cap, George takes it to the side opener and pops off the top. Just before the cutaway you will notice the soda is about to overflow, and when they turn around the soda is under control, but still completely full.
