In the opening scene the same boy in an orange swimsuit is seen running up the beach behind Andrew Stevens and Kirk Douglas. About thirty seconds later he is seen doing the same thing. He can also be seen running further up the beach away from Stevens and Douglas. It's like he's running laps up and down the shore of a very small beach.
