In the airplane scene the pilot radios to 'Control 19' that they are ready for takeoff before even reaching the end of the taxiway. In addition, airline pilots don't use the word 'takeoff' unless actually cleared by the tower for takeoff. The correct phraseology would be 'ready for departure' then the tower would say '[aircraft call sign] cleared for takeoff [runway number]'..
