Hungarian license plates are invalid. During the assassination attempt on Rayna in Budapest the red car's plate is 6SE-486, the BMW's is 8GA-601 and the scooter's is 8ZE-657. They are Hungarian plates, as the 'H' country code is clearly visible. However, normal Hungarian license plates are in the form of 3 letter - 3 numbers. Custom and special plates can have other formats, but in any case they never begin with a number.
