When Paul is transforming into a "werewolf" in the bar, he runs out of it and clearly kills/seriously injures a man directly outside the entrance, biting him in the neck. But a short time later at the bar's entrance, the man is gone. If he was taken away, there should still be paramedics and/or police on scene, and the bar is still full of people, like nothing happened.
