When the film shows the dog's view it includes the Near-sightedness but it lacks the red-green colorblindness that dogs would have (as they only see the primary colors of red, green and blue).Dogs can make out yellow and blue. This renders a lot of the world grayish-brown. Red and green are the two colors that are typically most difficult to distinguish by color blind people. Green is not a primary color. Yellow is.
