Keith calls Dez looking for a run. His truck had a trailer attached, which meant he already had a load. His truck was shown at other times without a trailer, which is how drivers travel when they do not have a load / run. He shows up at the final run with the trailer attached, which meant he could not deliver what was in the trailer before picking up the new load.
