When the Mujahidin are delivering the opium to the Russians and Bond asks Kamran Shah for a bomb. Kamran turns his horse around and in the background can be seen a crew member (probably the Assistant Director) signaling the Background extras with the camels where to go. He can be identified by the uncharacteristic outfit (for the scene) of blue jeans and ball cap.
