(at around 1h 24 mins) The Joker asks Bruce Wayne "Have you ever danced with the Devil in the pale moonlight?" Then to clarify he says "I always ask that of all my prey." This tips off Wayne that the Joker was the killer at the cinema 20 years ago. But the Joker has killed plenty of other people in the movie, without ever saying the catchphrase.
