When Pinhead summons the hooks to attach onto Channard, he and the rest of the Cenobites are standing, facing Channard. However, in one angle from the back of Channard's head, when a hook attaches onto him, Pinhead and the Cenobites can't be seen. It's just an empty room full of hooks and torture pillars. From the position where Channard is facing, the upper bodies of Pinhead and the Cenobites should be visible.
