When the teacher is explaining the time capsule to her class in 1959, in one shot the cardboard box holding the capsule is clearly taped shut because the lids of the box are horizontal and closed, and in the subsequent shot when the teacher goes to take out the time capsule, the cardboard box is clearly open with the lids of the box already ajar, with no action made by the teacher to open the box.
