The film was obviously released marketing it as an actual "snuff film". At the end of it and in a scene before one of the female cast members of the film is "killed", part of one of her fingers on her left hand is severed by using a pair of pliers. As it is removed, however, the remaining part of the finger springs back, indicating that the severed "finger" is obviously made of plastic.
