About 31 minutes, "Mr. Smith" (Enzo Cilente) and "Mr. Jones" watch as an atomic device is being unloaded from a shipping container at a large port in Los Angeles. They are surrounded by numerous men armed with assault style automatic rifles. This is a public port. If these people were truly terrorists intent on detonating an atomic weapon, there is no way they would do this so conspicuously. At the very least, having so many people around them with such weaponry would attract attention; the last thing they would ever want.
