During the snow chase sequence in the beginning of the movie, Albert is having a very hard time keeping the van on the road because of sliding on the ice. When Harry appears out of the woods in the middle of the road in front of the van, Albert is able to stop suddenly with almost no sliding. Surely he would of hit Harry at the speed he was going.
