When Alex pushes the rail-yard security guard, the guard reels backwards into the path of an oncoming train, to then trip against the (outside) rail, so to fall over the railway i.e. into the path of the virtually onto him oncoming train, which would first knock him sideways (perhaps rolling over): but even if survived, then his upper torso would / should be INSIDE the tracks, with (only) his lower legs outside: but when Alex walks back to discover him, the injury perspective is reversed (i.e. legs inside the rails , upper body outside.)
